We go through supplements quickly in our house - my partner's on a few vitamins daily, and I've got some joint issues that could use a boost. This Total Selenium caught my eye 'cause it's plant-based and has those organic forms they're always going on about.

I've been taking it for three weeks now, and here's what I think:

The packaging is great - no hassle to open each morning, and the capsules are small enough not to get stuck. It's a bit pricier than some others, but you can tell they're serious about quality.

One thing that really stood out was the energy boost I've noticed. I'm not usually one for these sorts of things, but after a couple weeks, I felt like my morning workout wasn't such a chore. That's a definite plus in my book.

My only minor critique? It'd be nice if they offered a subscription option - we go through Selenium pretty quick, so it'd be handy to have it automatically delivered every few months.

All in all, though, Total Selenium is a solid purchase. I can see us sticking with this one for the long haul.
