Okay so I really like this DIM supplement! After about three weeks of taking it daily, I noticed my hormonal acne starting to clear up – that was such a relief because it's been bothering me for months. The capsules are easy enough to swallow and don't leave any aftertaste.

My only minor critique would be the size of the bottle; at two capfuls per day, it ran out quicker than I expected. But hey, I guess that just means it's working!
