Our Experience

I've tried a bunch of eye health supplements, but this one from Garden of Life has been my favorite so far. It's not the cheapest option out there, but you can really tell the difference after about a week of taking it. My eyes feel less strained at the end of the day, and my vision seems a bit sharper too. I love that it includes both lutein and zeaxanthin, along with the sunflower and safflower oil for added goodness.

One thing I noticed is that the pills are a tad bigger than some others I've taken, which might be an issue if you have trouble swallowing larger capsules. But for me, it wasn't a deal breaker. All in all, I'm pretty impressed with this product and would continue using it.
