Took me a while to decide on Pure Encapsulations' Lutein & Zeaxanthin supplement, but after reading about its potential eye health benefits and having noticed some slight changes in my vision recently, I finally took the plunge. I've been taking them for just over a week now, and so far, so good! The capsules are easy to swallow - no chalky aftertaste like others I've tried.
