For the price, this Lithium Orotate is impressive. I've been experimenting with it to boost my cognitive function and mood, and after a week, I'm noticing a difference. My morning brain fog has lifted a bit, which is great considering I didn't experience any stomach issues like some other supplements have caused me.

However, the minor drawback for me is that it's quite tiny. You really need a pill splitter to get your 10mg dose, which can be a hassle. But given its effectiveness and affordability, it's still a solid buy in my book.
