Nice value meaning you get a lot for less. Helped reduce inflammation in a shoulder I dislocated many years ago plus since I’ve been taking it I sleep thru the night which was a rarity. All in all very good and effective supplement.

I find this product to be good and works well. my spouse had a resting pain in his arm and since taking this magnesium supplement , he has been feeling much better .
