Not gonna lie, I almost didn't buy this Alpha Lipoic Acid supplement. I've tried a few other ALA products before, and they just didn't seem to do much for me. But at $21.89, this one was worth giving another shot. Plus, the 600mg dosage seemed promising.

After two weeks, I'm actually pleasantly surprised. My energy levels have been consistently better - no more mid-afternoon slumps! I've also noticed a slight improvement in my nerve pain, which is something I've struggled with for years. It's not a miraculous cure by any means, but it's definitely made a difference.

On the downside, though, the capsules are quite large. They're not impossible to swallow, but they're not exactly fun either. Apart from that minor gripe, this Alpha Lipoic Acid supplement has been working well for me so far. I'm glad I gave it another chance.
