REDMOND Re-Lyte Hydration Electrolyte Powder Mix (Strawberry Lemonade)

I bought REDMOND Re-Lyte because I was tired of sugary electrolyte drinks and this one is perfect. It has clean ingredients, no weird artificial taste, and it actually helps me feel hydrated. I drink it after workouts and on days I feel sluggish and within minutes I notice more energy and no headache. The saltiness surprised me at first but I just add a little extra water and it tastes great.Simple, clean, and it works. I’m already on my second tub.

This is a great hydration powder! My husband absolutely loves it and uses it regularly. It has a clean, refreshing flavor and really seems to do the job, perfect for post-workout recovery or just staying hydrated throughout the day.It does taste a little salty to me, somewhat like coconut water.
