I've been taking it daily for three weeks now, and honestly, I feel a difference. My energy levels are more consistent; no more mid-afternoon slumps. And my usually troublesome digestion seems smoother too.



One thing that really stands out is the tablet's size. It's not tiny like some other vitamins I've taken, which makes swallowing it a bit of a chore. But hey, you can't have it all.
