Our Experience

We go through supplements quickly in our household; between my active lifestyle and trying to keep up with the kids' energy levels, it's a constant battle to find products that hold up. This turmeric curcumin seemed promising, especially with the added black pepper for better absorption.

After about three weeks of taking two capsules daily, I noticed a significant difference in my joint stiffness after workouts. It wasn't gone entirely, but it was noticeably lessened. That's a big deal for me as I'm getting older and need all the help I can get.



One thing that took some getting used to is the size of the capsules. They're quite large, which made swallowing them a bit challenging at first. My daughter, who sometimes helps herself to my supplements (don't ask), had a tough time with them too. But once we got past that minor hurdle, it was smooth sailing.



All in all, I'm pretty happy with this product. It's doing what it claims to do and the price is fair for the quality and potency. I'll definitely be repurchasing when these run out.
