My dentist recommended this 'type' of toothpaste; supposed to 'build enamel' and so this would be my only caution as this would be tough to 'measure' actually. This is an incredible toothpaste, the most noticeable result is that I had 5 pin head sized cavities from early childhood, and they are miraculously totally gone. The one cavity was actually the size of 2/3 pin heads and had recently increased in size. I am amazed the cavities were with me for around 50 years...but no more, how is this possible I do not know.
