Not gonna lie, I almost didn't buy this Thorne Trace Minerals supplement. I've been burnt before by overhyped supplements that promised the world and delivered... nothing. But, I needed a zinc boost, so here we are.

I've been taking it for nearly a month now, once daily with my breakfast. The pills are tiny, easy to swallow - no nasty aftertaste either, which was a pleasant surprise. I felt a difference within two weeks; my energy levels seemed more consistent throughout the day.



One thing that stood out is how these minerals are in chelated forms. No jargon here, but it means they're bound to amino acids for better absorption. Felt good knowing science was backing this up.



Minor critique? The bottle's small and gets emptied fast. I wish it lasted longer than a month. But hey, that's what you get with high-quality supplements, right? So yeah, I'm sold. Just wish my wallet wasn't quite as empty.
