I been taking this for about 4 months now. It’s amazing and really helps keep you going. I have to take meds that can cause constipation. SoI’ll take 4 capsules at night before need and by morning I’m moving great. Doesn’t cause stomach pain like exlax or some of the other ones. That’s what I like most a lot it. Works wonders. I’m definitely gonna keep buying this.

I've been taking this on and off for a few years now. It is amazing and works very well AS LONG AS you drink a lot of water. Magnesium needs water to pull the stool through the body so if you're just taking supplements but you're not getting adequate hydration, they won't work properly. If you take this the right way it works beyond well. Sometimes I have to ease up and not take the recommended dose. Take it night on an empty stomach just make sure you don't have plans in the morning.

It's a laxative and it does the job. I only take on friday and Saturday nights, when I know I'll be home and near the toilet! I take 4 pills at night time and by morning, your body literally releases everything inside your body, out your butt! NO JOKE!

I’ve been trying these colon cleanse pills for a few different days now. I started by taking 2 at a time and then tried 3, and they definitely seemed to kick in.
