This seems to really help with my knee pain. I only wish that each capsule had a higher dose so I wouldn't have to take 3 at a time.

Mobility seems to be much better. I seem better able to maneuver upon rising rather than having to stand for a little bit before I can actually move. I really think the turmeric is helpful.
