Best purchase I've made in a while! I've been taking Solgar's Yeast-Free Selenium 200 mcg daily for nearly a month now and I'm feeling fantastic. The convenience of having a four-month supply in one bottle is amazing – it's saved me so many trips to the store.

One thing I absolutely love about these tablets is how easy they are to swallow, even with their small size. They're not sticky or chalky like some other supplements I've tried.

My only minor observation would be that sometimes the bottle can be a bit tricky to open, especially when my hands are a bit damp after washing them. But hey, that's a small price to pay for such a great product! I'm really happy with this purchase and I'm looking forward to continuing my supplement journey with Solgar.
