Not gonna lie, I almost didn't buy this CoQ10 supplement from Qunol. I've tried a few others in the past and they didn't make much of a difference. But at $29.99, it was worth giving another shot. Turns out, my doubts were unfounded.

What surprised me most was how quickly I felt a change. Within a couple of weeks, I noticed my energy levels seemed to have improved during my daily runs. My recovery time post-workout also felt shorter.

The softgels are easy to swallow, but they're quite large. It's not a deal-breaker, but it took me a few tries to get used to the size. Other than that, Qunol's CoQ10 has been a pleasant addition to my health routine.
