As someone always short on time, I appreciated PreserVision AREDS 2's once-a-day dosing. After a few weeks, my eye strain from long hours at work seemed slightly reduced. My vision hasn't dramatically improved yet, but I'm hopeful with continued use. Only critique is the large pill size; it's not quite as easy to swallow compared to other vitamins I've taken. Overall, though, PreserVision AREDS 2 has been a practical addition to my daily routine.
