Purchased these because they actually have most of the electrolytes needed for hydration unlike other popular sports drinks. The tubes are convenient, allowing me to toss them in my backpack and drop a tablet into my water bottle as needed. The taste is as strong as you want it to be, and the flavors are all pretty good. I prefer a lighter taste, so I'll drop them into a bottle with about 24 oz of water or so.The only downside to them is that the tablets are too large to fit into a standard size
These work great for an electrolyte supplement that I can toss in my bag. The container keeps them nice and neat. I’m glad that they don’t take any stirring. The strawberry lemonade flavor tastes great. Some mixes are too bitter or too sweet but these have a good medium. Tastes right in 16-20oz.
