Okay so I really like this NOW Foods Lutein supplement! I've been taking it daily for three weeks now and I can genuinely feel a difference in my eye health. My eyes don't feel as dry or strained after screen time, which is fantastic because I'm on my computer all day for work.

One thing I specifically appreciate about these softgels is how easy they are to swallow - no weird aftertaste either! They're just like taking any other vitamin, which makes it a breeze to incorporate into my daily routine.

However, I did notice that the label came off quite easily on one of the bottles. It's not a huge deal since I stuck it back on, but maybe they could improve the adhesive for better durability?

Overall, though, I'm really happy with this product and its effects so far!
