Our Experience

We go through electrolytes fast in our house, especially with summer sports and active kids. I was skeptical about LyteShow at first - seemed too good to be true, all those benefits in a dropper bottle. But after two weeks of testing, I'm sold.

What I really liked is how quickly it worked. My son's been struggling with heat cramps during soccer practice, but after a few drops mixed into his water, he was back on the field without any issues. One minor critique is the taste. It's not bad, just... different. Like drinking plain mineral water with a hint of something, but it took some getting used to for my daughter.
