Was struggling with rehydrating post illness. Within two days of starting to take these I can really tell a difference. My pee is lighter in color. My energy is coming back. These are definitely worth the money. No sugar drag. Taste much better than Pedialyte. Drank first thing in the morning, midday, and before evening meal for three days post illness so far. The Nectar hydration packets are very good. They are not too sweet, like some others and my favorite is the cherry pomegranate. They really help boost hydration, when i am run down due to illness or overworking. I would give 5 stars but the powder has a tendency to clump and you wind up with chunks in your water. Fine for me, but it icks my daughter out…
