Not gonna lie, I almost didn't buy this. With so many immune support supplements out there, it's hard to know which ones are worth your money. But after a few weeks of using Clean Nutraceuticals' Quercetin Zinc Vitamin C Vitamin D Bromelain Elderberry blend, I'm glad I gave it a shot.

I liked how the quercetin and vitamin C seemed to give my usual seasonal allergies a run for their money. My sinuses felt clearer, and I had fewer sneezing fits. That was a nice surprise.

However, I did find that the tablets are quite large. Swallowing them took some practice - not my favorite part of my daily routine. But hey, you can't have it all, right? Over time, I've gotten used to it and now it's just another step in my morning routine.

So while it's not perfect, this supplement has earned its place on my shelf for now. I'll be sticking with it until the colder months are over.
