I am not really sure what to say because I wouldn’t suggest this to any and everyone. It truly depends on your goals. It does not taste bad but it also doesn’t taste particularly good. Has a little bit of a chalky after taste. However, it gets me powered up for my workouts. I feel like I am able to get to a higher failure level with this. I’ve been using this pre-workout for a few weeks and it definitely gives me the energy and focus I need to power through workouts. I don’t feel jittery, and the caffeine kick is steady instead of overwhelming. The watermelon flavor is decent but a little too sweet/artificial for my taste. Mixes pretty well with water, though sometimes it leaves a bit of powder at the bottom. Overall, it’s effective and affordable compared to other pre-workouts, so I’d buy it again.

Don’t sleep on this pre-workout. I’m not big on blue raspberry flavored things but decided to give it a try anyway. I’m so glad I did! The flavor is delicious and it’s not overly sweet.
