I was skeptical at first when I heard about Rho Nutrition's Liposomal NAD+. I mean, who isn't these days with all the health supplement hype? But my doctor had mentioned it might help with energy levels, so I decided to give it a try.



What I liked most was the convenience. The liquid supplement is easy to dose and taste doesn't seem to be an issue; it has a mild, neutral flavor that's quite pleasant. After a couple of weeks, I noticed a slight improvement in my energy levels throughout the day, which was encouraging.



My only minor critique would be the price. At nearly $60 for a one-month supply, it's not cheap. But when you consider the potential benefits and the quality of ingredients, it starts to make sense. All in all, I'm glad I gave Rho Nutrition's Liposomal NAD+ a shot. It might just become part of my daily routine.
