Okay so I really like this Cellfood Essential Silica formula! I've been using it religiously every morning for almost a month now and I can honestly say my nails are stronger and grow faster than before. They used to break easily but not anymore!

I did notice that the taste is quite bitter, which took some getting used to. But hey, you can't have everything, right? It's worth it for the results I'm seeing so far. My skin looks healthier too, though it's still a bit early to say if there are visible anti-aging effects yet. All in all, I'm impressed and will definitely continue using this silica supplement!
