We workout outside a lot and this is the perfect blender bottle for that. The bottle is made from a high quality, thick stainless steel. The lid is made from a high quality plastic. I love the locking flip top lid. My favorite part is that it keeps my drink cold and the ice doesn’t melt making the bottle a slippery mess like my other bottle.
