I wasn't expecting much at this price point, but these World Organics Silica tablets have pleasantly surprised me. I've been taking them daily for three weeks now, and my nails seem stronger – they don't break as easily anymore. That's a significant improvement considering how much I use my hands at work.

However, I did notice that the tablets can sometimes leave a slight aftertaste in my mouth if taken on an empty stomach. Nothing too unpleasant, but something to be aware of nonetheless. All in all though, at around $0.10 per tablet, it's a steal for the potential benefits they might bring to my nails and hair. I'm impressed with the value for money here.
