This is a great product! This mix tastes good and is easy to drink. Purchased the pink lemonade and I enjoy drinking it daily. The powder mixes easily and it has been effective in restoring electrolyte balance following the flu, and hiking in the hot weather. I can’t really say it’s an appetite suppressant other than drinking an extra glass of liquid is somewhat filling. I really enjoy the taste of this and it does the job it is advertised to do.
