Took me a while to decide on this turmeric curcumin supplement, but after hearing about its anti-inflammatory benefits and seeing the high potency of 1950mg with 95% curcuminoids, I took the plunge. After a week, my joints feel less achy after my morning runs, which is amazing! The pills are easy to swallow too.

However, I wish they had a different coating or were enteric-coated, as they do leave a slight yellowish tint in my mouth if I don't wash them down with enough water. But hey, that's a small price to pay for the noticeable relief it brings!
