This multi vitamin is excellent. It is an actual capsule and has powdered vitamins inside so it is easy for the body to absorb. I keep purchasing this product for that reason. Not a big pill either.
Good vitamins but they smell like rancid piss, hopefully I didn't get a bad batch. I don't know much of a difference in my mood and happiness from these, but I am less tired throughout the day. But they really smell extremely bad.
