Not gonna lie, I almost didn't buy this. As a health-conscious skeptic, I've been burned by cheap vitamins that were more filler than nutrient. But I needed a one-a-day multivitamin and NOW Foods had good reviews, so I took a chance.

I've been taking Daily Vits™ for a week now, and I'm pleasantly surprised. The tablets are easy to swallow - no chalky aftertaste like some others I've tried. They're also small enough that I can take them with my morning coffee without feeling weighed down.

My only minor gripe is that the bottle's label isn't quite accurate in terms of font size for daily intake instructions. I had to squint at first, but it's not a deal-breaker. Overall, though, these vitamins seem to be doing their job without any fanfare or fancy claims. Just simple, standard quality supplements at a fair price.
