Finally replaced my old glucose monitor and I'm digging the Metene TD-4116. It's sleek, lightweight, and has a huge backlit screen - love how it lights up in the dark for those late-night checks.

I've tried others that were bulkier or had tiny displays, but this one feels just right. Only minor gripe is that it takes a sec to eject used strips; fingers aren't exactly slender pencils! But hey, overall it's a solid upgrade from my old clunker.
