I was skeptical at first about KAL Super Silica Plus, given its seemingly ordinary packaging and affordable price point. Having tried several supplements before that promised much but delivered little, I approached this one with a healthy dose of doubt. But after using it consistently for three weeks, I must say I'm pleasantly surprised.

What really stood out to me was how quickly I noticed an improvement in my nail strength. They've grown longer and seem harder too, something I haven't experienced with other silica supplements. However, one minor critique is that the tablets are quite large, making them a bit challenging to swallow for someone who prefers smaller capsules. Overall though, KAL Super Silica Plus has earned its place in my supplement routine.
