Took me a while to decide but I finally bit the bullet and bought this iHealth Track Smart Blood Pressure Monitor after my doctor recommended keeping an eye on mine. The wide range cuff was a big selling point as I've struggled with standard ones in the past - it fits comfortably around my larger arm, no more squeezing or slipping!

I love how easy it is to use and read; just press one button and the inflation starts automatically. It also syncs seamlessly with the iHealth app on my phone via Bluetooth, tracking my readings over time which I find really helpful for monitoring trends. My only minor critique? Sometimes the cuff takes a few tries to inflate properly when there's some lotion or residue on it. But overall, this monitor has given me peace of mind knowing I can track my blood pressure accurately at home.
