Ive ordered 3 of these Ensure Chocolate shakes/drinks. Since ive been on a diet the last 8 months im trying to get a much protein as i can. my doc recommended these as a supplement. i'll drink a shake before plying a round of golf and it seems to give me energy for that.one thing i found is that i get the container as cold as possible even putting it in the freezer for 10min before drinking. These are pleasant to drink. Even though this drink advertises only 1 gram sugar, I find they are exceedingly sweet to the point, that I want to eat something salty to made that taste go away.

I like these because they are high protein, low calorie and low sugar. They help curb my appetite and keep my diet on track in-between meals. Tastes pretty good and is enough to fix a sweet craving. I was happy to purchase 2 cases during Prime Day at a very nice discount.
