Look, I'll be honest, I was skeptical about this sound machine alarm clock combo at first - seemed too good to be true. But after a week of use, I'm impressed. The white noise is incredibly effective in drowning out my noisy neighbors' late-night activities. I particularly love the ocean waves sound; it's soothing and helped me sleep better than usual.
That said, the display's brightness is a tad too high even at its lowest setting. It took some getting used to having a soft glow in my room when trying to fall asleep. Perfect clock, and sound machine. Not too complex, wonderful choice of sounds. I love that the display can be dimmed and you can have a choice of colored night light or not at all.I’m light sensitive at night so this was exactly what I wanted.It’s also not huge so it doesn’t take up a bunch of space on the night stand. It’s well built, seems durable and has usb, or electric plug capability.I sleep really well with the sounds and soft light.
We love this clock! We were just making due with what we had, but we finally HAD to get a new alarm clock after waking up several times to the announcements of murder victims on the only radio station our broken down clock could pick up.
